Phil and Rosemary wanted a house that echoed Victorian style, but gave them modern living convenience.  They got exactly that with their Lakewood two story.  Nine gables adorn the roofline and Phil personally laid the tile throughout.  Phil set aside room in the basement for his home office.  Rosemary decorated with strong colors and woodwork.  Radiant heat under both floors keeps the house warm and comfortable during the winter.
