We start with the Project Cost Estimate, Your Financial Foundation.  Our FREE Project Cost Estimate helps you establish a realistic construction budget. Whether you are using cash, a construction loan, or home equity funds, we want to make sure that your up-front budget is right, right from the start. We’ll also help you prepare complete project specifications, spelling out exactly how the home will be built. And we’ll be there to help you evaluate bids and material lists.

Then we move on to the Project Plan, Your Roadmap to Success.  You've probably managed a big project before. Perhaps you’ve planned a wedding or a family reunion. The point is, you probably already have the skills to manage a home building project --now all you need is a good system. We put together a detailed, step-by-step project plan, covering everything you need to keep the project flowing. We customize a project calendar for your home showing details of every phase of the building project. We’ll help you schedule your lumber purchase, your windows, cabinets, flooring and more. We’ll help you figure out when to hire the plumber or the drywall contractor. If you can use a calendar, you’ve got it made. We’ll tell you what each bid should include, and we’ll share the tricks of the trade so you won’t have any surprises. We’ll provide you with rock solid contracts and lien releases, all the paperwork you’ll need to operate just like a pro.

Our staff, HomeWrights sub contractors, HomeWrights suppliers, and even other HomeWrights clients will all be part of your home building team. Our motivation is to help you control costs, because we don’t get a percentage of the bottom line. Our fee is fixed, based on the square footage of your house. As a HomeWrights client, you’ll probably save enough on materials and supplies to offset our fee. If you choose to upgrade during construction, that may increase your project costs, but we are still there to help you keep your home as close to budget as possible.
