We help our clients make sure their Custom Home Building projects will be successful. We work with you to develop a complete budget with over 150 line items with everything from the port-a-potty, well and septic systems to that special bath tub you want.  And we create this cost estimate for FREE.

What is Our Home Building Free Consultation Like?
During your FREE consultation we will ask you many questions about your project:

• is it one story or two story
• what style is it
• how many square feet
• what type of heating are you thinking of using

We will also talk to you about your preferences and tastes for items and finishes that would affect the overall budget

• do you want granite counter tops or tile
• do you like paint grade trim or stained
• will you be buying high end appliances like wolf or sub-zero? 

This FREE consultation takes about 3 hours of your time and our time but by the end, we know your project very well and you have a chance to get to know us.  We have some people come to us with sketches on a napkin who want to develop a budget before they spend any money having plans drawn up; and we have had some people who are well into their home building project by the time they find us and have plans already complete.  So whatever stages of custom home dreaming you are in, give us a call and we can set up an appointment for a free consultation.
